Emily Higgs Kopin is the Head of Digital Collections Strategy for the Swarthmore College Libraries, where she oversees the management of digital special collections and other library-owned assets. Previously, she has worked as a Digital Archivist at several institutions. For NBPAAWG, Emily has contributed to work around born-digital accessioning practices and the selection of publication tools.
