Kit is the Head of Technical Services for Special Collections at Smith College. Previously, she was Manager of Special Collections Cataloging and Processing at the Getty Research Institute, and has held processing positions at the New York Public Library and the New-York Historical Society. For NBPAAWG, Kit was a member of the Arrangement and Description subgroup, and currently serves on the Rewriting Team.
