
Rosemary K. J. Davis is the Head of Archival Accessioning at the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library, Yale University; she is a co-founder of NBPAAWG. In addition to an MSLIS degree from Pratt Institute, Rosemary holds a BA in Visual Studies and Fiction from the New School. Prior to her work at Yale, she processed collections at Amherst College, Duke University, NYU, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. For NBPAAWG, Rosemary served as co-chair, grant liaison, as a member of the Labor, Ethics, Relationships, and Work Environment, and as a member of the Writing subgroup. She contributed to framing the principles of archival accessioning and to the best practices’ preface as a member of the Writing neighborhood, and also serves as co-editor for a special issue of the American Archivist focused on archival accessioning (forthcoming, 2025).
